They help their clients to save money and reduce their environmental impact by being the sole provider of transit asset recovery in the UK assisting over 40 blue chip companies to save millions per year. Looking to digitise a large part of their back office procedures and automate important business functions, Acqsys asked Harding Scott to develop a unified system that could handle their unique requirements.

The Challenge
Given the incredibility unique offering and service that Acqsys provides it was important for us to fully understand the workings and processes of the business. How could we best connect a dispersed team located up and down the country, all with different functions, reporting requirements and large datasets integrated into Acqsys tried and tested procedures?

The Solution
After identifying the several user types along with the varied and numerous user journeys, features and functionality, we presented a concept that attempted to bring each area under a single unified and automated platform. The platform would enable each team member to easily perform their specific functions. This included several reporting features removing manual and laborious monthly tasks.
The Outcome
The Acqsys platform was successfully launched and is now being used by the Acqsys team on a daily basis. The platform aims to exceeded its goals not only by removing previously fragmented processes into a single unified platform, but also by re-gaining significant time for management and increasing the organizational efficiency.
