This is where we will do in depth technical analysis, discovery & planning as well as creating a roadmap outlining how optimal results can be achieved. Also, if applicable, an interactive prototype of your RPA will be created. (rapid prototyping)

Phase 2 - Development & Engineering
Development of your process automation. This could be an API or a full platform or take a number of other forms depending on your requirements.

Phase 3 - Support & maintenance
